Whole Health Self was established in 2021.

With much consideration our office was thoughtfully put together with comfort, tranquility, and COVID-19 risk in mind. Our space is centrally located within the city of Dallas in the Meadows Building, one block away from the intersection of Greenville and Lovers Lane. Services for Montana are offered as telehealth only, there is no Montana office at this time.
